Mental Movements focus on creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and backgrounds. Mental Movements believes that true fitness goes beyond physical appearance and numbers on a scale—it is about nurturing a positive mindset and fostering a sense of empowerment from within.

Mental Movements will extend its reach online, providing a virtual platform for inspiration, education, and support. Through the Company’s customized application, members will be able to access a variety of resources, including guided exercises for maintaining mental health, daily affirmations, and online ticketing for classes and events. The goal is to create a digital hub for its growing community, offering a space for dialogue, encouragement, and shared experiences.

The Company predominantly targets people of any race, nationality, religion, gender, age, and social status; supporters of the body-positive movement; and the LGBTQ movement. In addition, the Company will also target patients of medical clinics and health centers, corporate clients, non-profit organizations, private companies, and entrepreneurs.

Dance Classes
At Body Positive Dance Fitness, students from various fitness levels come together to experience high-quality dance classes led by skilled instructors. The studio offers diverse dance fitness formats, including Zumba, ballet, hip hop, pop, and others, providing a unique experience in each class.
Mindfulness Community Activities and Games
The healing activities that promote connection such as group meditation outside, inviting everyone to yawn and stretch, orchestrating a group hug, running a mindful cooking class, designing a group manifestation session, bringing a dog to play with the group, and walking barefoot in the park.
Book Club Meetings
Book clubs offer an affordable way to connect with others. Socialization helps sharpen your memory and cognitive skills, which leads to an increase in your sense of happiness and well-being.
Meditation and Yoga

MM - it's a guide with specific exercises, meditations, checklists, and affirmations. These are exercises chosen by psychologists and therapists to help users better understand themselves and gain healthy self-esteem and sense of self. Users will be able to work on self-understanding, self-love, and self-care. The exercises will contain motivational quotes, daily exercises, reflections, specific self-care practices and self-love tools, and leisure recommendations.
The goal is to help in the fight against insecurities and uncertainty; finding and accepting oneself. This is the user’s personal safe space online, where he can enter at any time of the day from anywhere in America.
